Our App is provided for free to consumers and business users. We do not gather any data if a customer uses the website or Our App unless it is the “My BMD” service. If a customer uses “My BMD”, then Our App will gather relevant data that it needs to deliver the “My BMD” service in order to provide intelligent advice to users as to the best mobile telephone and mobile telephone network deals (bearing in mind their usage) and thus to find the best mobile deals.

- What this Policy Cover and How We may have obtained your personal data?
This Data Protection and Privacy Policy applies to the use of personal data which you provided when registering an Account for Our App and also data relating to your use of Our App. We will not collect any personal data unless you subscribe to “My BMD” which is a premium service of Our App. Thus, we do not collect personal data if you use our website or the standard service of Our App.
